We are a prideful, walkable community of caring individuals in a pet friendly family environment. Our residents enjoy the ease of access, via sidewalks, to the Mecklenburg McMullen Creek Greenway (6 miles) and the Little Sugar Creek Greenway, which offers over 19 miles of outdoor paths for walking, running, and biking.
The community is comprised of 3 neighborhoods - Park Ridge (583 homes), Falconbridge, and Copperfield. The Park Ridge Home Owners Association (PRHA) strives to enhance the over all living experience to all area residents and is supported by representation from each of the three neighborhoods.

Our Goals & Mission
The PRHA is a volunteer organization that endeavors to promote an open line of communication among all residents, government agencies and other neighborhood associations. We are a community that strives to enhance the livability, safety and beauty of the Park Ridge subdivision. We will maintain our property values by taking PRIDE in our neighborhood. This shall be accomplished through various programs that support a crime free and aesthetically pleasing neighborhood, while focusing on sustaining a sage family environment. We will always consider the best interest of the residents in the implementation ofour by-laws and respect their rights as individuals.
